Anfangs hieß es, in Mafia 2 könne man möglicherweise neben Autos und LKWs auch Motorräder steuern. Nachdem nun im offiziellen Forum [1] von 2KGames [2] eine heiße Diskussion darüber entbrannt ist, hat sich Elizabeth (Community Managerin) offiziell dazu geäußert [3]:
To help clear up these questions, there will not be motorcycles in Mafia II. We didn’t feel they were essential to the Mafia II experience, and poured all our love and attention into creating amazing cars from the 40s and 50s and a great driving experience.
Es wird also definitiv keine Motorräder in Mafia 2 geben. Die Entwickler sahen Motorräder nicht als maßgebend für das spielerische Erlebnis an und wollten sich stattdessen voll auf die Autos [4] konzentrieren.
